Peyia police are investigating a burglary reported by a British tourist.
Police said the 43 year old Briton had reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2 pm and 3.30 pm on Satuday.
The burglars made off with jewellery worth 1,790 euro, electronic appliances worth 780 euro as well as 2000 euro and 840 pound sterling in cash.
Initial police investigations indicate the burglars entered through an unlocked bathroom window on the first floor of the house.
