The District Court of Famagusta which met in Paralimni on Tuesday, imposed fines on property managers in connection with violations of the Law on Decontamination.
Specifically, fines of €2000, €2000 and €3000 respectively, were imposed on three property managers in Ayia Napa, because in the first two cases they allowed patrons to leave their seats and be either stood or dancing within the premises, while in the third case, they served more patrons than the allowed number in violation of the decrees of the Law on Decontamination.

It is noted that when the above cases were formally reported, the police also applied for temporary decrees suspending the work of the premises which the Court granted. As a result, they remained closed for business until the conviction of those responsible took place on Tuesday, August 04.
