Two drivers were caught driving under the influence of drugs in Paphos and their cars are being held by Paphos traffic police, the Cyprus News Agency reports.
It said that in the first instance a 19 year old man was stopped on Grivas Dighenis Street and tested positive for drugs. He also jumped a red light for which he was booked.
In the second instance, a 31 year old man was stopped on Melanou Street in Chlorakas and he too tested positive for drugs.
Both cars have been held by Paphos traffic police while the samples have been sent to the state lab for final tests.
