The Paphos regional board of tourism is relaunching its free ‘meet the locals’ guided walking tours in the old part of Paphos town as part of efforts to enhance visitors’ experience during the low season.
The walking tour is carried out by a licensed tour guide. Participants explore the area around the centre with the aim of raising the profile of the old part of town and the lesser well-known neighbourhoods, as well as the projects carried out when Paphos became the cultural capital of Europe 2017.
The two and half hour tour starts at the Agora bus stop every Thursday at 9.30 am and ends at the tourist information office on Makarios Street. The tours will be carried out in March and April 2020.
