Paphos police are investigating a case of conspiracy to commit an offence and robbery after a 48 year old woman filed a complaint that she had been robbed.
The woman had just parked her car outside her home in Chlorakas at around 10.20 pm when two unknown men opened her car door and attempted to grab her bag. She resisted but they managed to take her bag and run off.
In it she had cash of between 4,000 and 6,000 euro which were the day’s takings of her restaurant, and a mobile phone.
The two perpetrators are described as aged between 30 and 35, about 1.70 metres tall and of average build.
The woman told police that they had made no attempt to conceal their faces, nor were they wearing gloves.
