Paphos police on Thursday afternoon stopped a 16 year old who was driving without a seat belt and driving licence on the Paphos-Polis Chrysochous road.
The car had no MOT while the lights were not working. He was taken to the local police station where his father, who owns the car, was summoned.
It emerged that the teen had taken the car without his father’s permission. The boy was charged in writing and will appear in court at a later stage.
