A 25 year old man is under arrest in Paphos after he attempted to evade a police check by running four red lights.
Police said a patrol had tried to stop the man for a routine check in Chlorakas on Tuesday night, but he drove off, the police in pursuit.
During the car chase, the man drove through four red lights before he was finally stopped. He was arrested and after further investigation it was established that he had outstanding fines.
