Fire fighters in Paphos responded to a fire which started from a forgotten cooking pot on an appliance on the balcony, CNA reports.
It said that at 4.28 pm, it was notified about a fire on the balcony of on the second floor of a three storey apartment block.
Fire fighters responded with two fire trucks and the fire was extinguished at 5.10 pm.
The fire damaged the furniture and wooded pergola on the balcony. The interior of two apartments was affected by the smoke. Residents were not in danger.
