Paphos: 3 remanded for forging movement form

Relevant News

Two men and a woman were remanded in custody for three days by Paphos district court on Sunday on suspicion of forging their confirmation of movement form and breaking the lockdown, CNA reports.

It said police had stopped a car with a woman aged 30 and two men aged 35 and 46 who did not have the necessary permission to be out and about.

The three work at a hotel in Ayia Napa and had secured a movement form from their employer for Ayia Napa and only for the hours they work.

But they drove to Paphos and allegedly tampered with their form so as to move around in Paphos, CNA added.

They were taken in for questioning and then remanded in custody for three days.
