Lakatamia police are investigating a robbery at a bakery early on Thursday morning when a knife-wielding man wearing a hood was able to make off with a small amount of cash from the till.
Police said that the incident occurred at 5.20 am.
An unknown man, his face covered with a hood, entered the bakery and threatening the employee with a knife took a small amount of cash from the till.
He then got into a car driven by a second person and disappeared.
He is described as 1.80 metres tall, heavily built and aged between 30 and 35. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and black trousers.
