The Deputy Ministry of Social Care will proceed with the establishment of service points in all districts following a relevant decision made by the Council of Ministers.
At a pilot phase, two service points have already been in operation in Nicosia and one in Xylofagou and have served more than 3,500 civilians.
Assessing that during the pilot phase the specialized service points contributed to the better service of citizens, it was decided to expand them in all districts.
These service points operate Monday to Friday from 08.00 until 14.30. Citizens can be served only after appointment or online through the relevant page or by phone to 8000 2000 (free call).
