Citizens are urged by the health ministry and the ambulance service to call the Coronavirus helpline 1420 only to report symptoms and not to request information.
The announcement notes that the call centre is flooded with phone calls that may deprive of citizens facing serious health risks of the opportunity to receive timely instructions.
