A 48 year old Russian was arrested at Larnaca Airport on arrival from Beirut on Monday after immigration police found his name was on the stop list. He is due to appear in court to be remanded in custody today.
The Cyprus News Agency said an international arrest warrant had been issued against him by the Russian authorities in December 2017. He is suspected of involvement with two others of defrauding an individual in Russia of $300,000.
