A man was injured while taking pictures with his wife on their wedding day on Tuesday in Pomos, Paphos, philenews reported.
It said that a 33 year old man and a 27 year old woman from Larnaca, arranged to ride a buggy vehicle in order to take their wedding pictures.
According to police, while the buggy was moving on rough terrain, the man lost control of it. The vehicle overturned, injuring him on his left hand.
Philenews reports that he a part of his palm was cut off.
He was transferred by his family to a private Limassol clinic where he underwent reconstructive surgery.
The 27 year old woman was not injured.
