Police in Paphos have arrested a 35 year old after finding jewellery and a number of women’s bags and wallets in his home that he could not account for.
The arrest, on suspicion of illegal possession of property, came as part of a continued police operation against organised crime.
The suspect, who holds an Uzbekistan passport, was known to police in connection with a series of burglaries.
