Today will be mainly fine with some scattered showers later on, with more unsettled weather forecast for tomorrow and the weekend.

Thursday will start off mainly fine with locally increased cloud, gradually becoming cloudy at intervals with the possibility of scattered showers and snow or sleet in the higher Troodos peaks.
Temperatures will rise to 15 C inland, around 18 C on the coast and around 4 C in the mountains.
Tonight will be mainly cloudy with scattered showers and snow or sleet in the higher Troodos peaks. Temperatures will fall to 9 C in;and, around 11 C on the coasts and 1 C in the higher Troodos peaks where there will be frost.
Friday will be mainly cloudy with rain and local thunderstorms.
On Saturday and Sunday there will initially be increased cloud becoming mainly cloudy with scattered showers and the possibility of isolated thunderstorms.
Temperatures will fall on Friday and edge up on Saturday remaining at the same levels on Sunday at a little below the seasonal average.
The depth of snow on Troodos Square at the time of issue of the early morning weather bulletin was 46 cm.
