Police are looking for a man wearing a carnival mask who robbed a Limassol betting shop at gunpoint late on Sunday night and fled with the cash in the till.
The man entered the betting shop at around 10.30 pm, threatened the 25 year old employee with a gun and demanded the cash from the till.
The Cyprus News Agency said that more than 2000 euro was taken.
The man is described as 1.80 metres tall and of medium build. He was wearing army fatigue trousers, a black hoodie and black gloves.
