The Limassol Criminal Court on Friday sentenced a 34 year old man to prison for four years after finding him guilty of possessing and distributing child pornography.
The man was arrested in November 2016 after police’s cyber crime unit searched his home after a tip off and found a computer, a lap top, two mobile phones, 10 memory sticks and eight hard discs.
An initial examination indicated more than 1000 files of child pornography on one of the hard discs.
