Limassol police booked 19 drivers for drunk driving on Sunday through to the early hours of Monday as they step up road safety efforts over the Christmas holidays, philenews has reported.
It said that Limassol police carried out a large number of traffic checks with 19 drivers booked for driving under the influence of alcohol.
It said police will continue their road safety campaigns with a large number of officers out on the streets to prevent and reduce road accidents.
