Fines for violations of the restriction decrees, enforced on March 24, are payable as follows:
Any commercial bank connected to the payment provider or providers chosen by the state (in this case JCC Payment Systems Ltd), given that the bank in question agrees to accept payments of out of court fines.
Fines can also be paid through the police web page on the ‘Fine Payments’ link.
They need to be paid within 15 days, after which the amount increases by half the original fine, with an additional deadline of 15 days provided. If there is no payment, then a file is opened and the case goes to court.
