Last night, the Police arrested a resident of Mouttalos, who has been involved in various cases, as a suspect for the accident during which a vehicle injured two 14-year-olds leaving them unassisted in the street.
The Police was led to the said person, following testimonies about the specific vehicle that was seen on the scene of the accident. The authorities found out that the vehicle is registered on the name of the suspect’s mother, who during the investigations said that she did not know where the car was.
The two young victims are still hospitalized at the Paphos General Hospital and investigations continue.
