The ongoing problem of the illegal arrival of migrants in the Republic of Cyprus from the occupied areas continues and most of them come from Turkey. The numbers that arrive are beyond the capacity of the Republic’s hotspots.
The Ministerial Council adopted a suggestion by the Interior Ministry to immediately rent a building which is expected to be able to host a large number of migrants as of tomorrow 10 December.
