The Attorney General decided to prosecute a private doctor who cooperates with GESY and is registered with the Health Insurance System, since following investigations it was ascertained that he had requested payment for services he had not provided.
The complaints were filed by patients of the doctor who said he had recorded services in their file of GESY that he had never provided to them.
