A baby donkey born yesterday is to be named Aelia at the suggestion of Agriculture Minister Costas Kadis.
The name dates back to the age of Homer and means energy coming from the sun and source of life from light, the Forestry Department said on its Facebook page.
The Forestry Department had shared the news of the birth — with photos and a video — yesterday.
