Five people were taken to the Paphos General Hospital last night after a car accident.
According to the police, a car on Apostolos Pavlos Avenue in Kato Paphos, under conditions that are being investigated, went into the opposite lane and crashed into one and then into a second car.
All passengers of the three cars were taken to hospital but fortunately their injuries were not serious. A traffic jam was caused in the main avenue of Paphos due to the accident.
Members of the Paphos Traffic Police are investigating the causes of the accident.
