The first oil tank on the Larnaka – Dhekelia road on the coastal front of Livadia is expected to be dismantled at 9:00 am today in the presence of the president, the Minister of Energy and the Mayor of Larnaca. The demolition of Tank 15 of Petrolina was agreed between the Municipality of Larnaca and the government.
According to Dinos Lefkaritis, the Executive Finance Director of Petrolina Holdings the oil tank was first used in 1970.
