Health Minister Konstandinos Ioannou received the approval of the Pfizer vaccine by the European Medicines Agency with optimism.
In a posting on his personal account on Twitter, Ioannou wrote that this day marks the beginning of the end for the pandemic, noting that the first batch of vaccines is expected in Cyprus in the next few days.
