Police in Limassol went on alert early in the evening on Wednesday after shots were fired on the air by two men on the balcony of a house in Agios Ioannis area.
A spokesman said the hunting rifle shots preceded an argument between the two and the home owner over economic differences. Both men ran away immediately after the incident.
Early on Thursday, police arrested a 30 year old man in connection with the case but the second one is still at hunt.
