Members of the fire service rescued on Friday a boy sitting on a window ledge on the first floor of an apartment block in Paphos, philenews reports.
According to the police, the child escaped his parents’ attention, climbed onto the window of their flat and sat on the ledge with his legs hanging.
The boy then grabbed the attention of passersby who notified the fire service. The latter sped to the scene and managed to safely approach the child and remove it from the window.
The boy was reported to be in good health.
