The fire that broke out on Saturday morning in dry grass and wild vegetation in Agia Varvara in Paphos is currently under control.
According to Fire Service Spokesman, Andreas Kettis, the fire was in an inaccessible area and both Kamov helicopters and three fire engines from Paphos responded to the call for help.
The causes are being investigated in cooperation with the Police.
