Police on Wednesday said the 32-year-old son of the owners of a home in Paralimni where a fire broke out around 7:30pm on Tuesday admitted he was allegedly the one behind it.
The home is on Promitheos Street and no one was inside at the time.
Four fire engines who rushed to the gutted home after neighbours called, managed to put it out in less than 40 minutes.
