A sunny three days are ahead with some high cloud cover at intervals, according to the met office.
It said that Friday will be mainly fine with increased high cloud cover at intervals. Temperatures will be 34 C inland, 31 C on the coasts and 26 C in the mountains.
The weather will remain mainly fine over the weekend and on Monday, but with increased clouds at intervals.
Temperatures are expected to remain at higher than average for the time of year.
