According to the morning forecast of the met service, today will be mainly fine across the island with temperatures reaching 20 C inland and on the south and east coasts, 19 C on the west coast and 15 C in the mountains.
High clouds are expected in the afternoon that will continue into the night. Tonight temperatures will drop to 10 C inland, 12 C on the coast and 7 C in the mountains.
Medium and high clouds are predicted for Thursday, while Friday and Saturday will see rains return with local showers and isolated thunderstorms predicted for Friday and isolated showers for Saturday.
Temperatures will slightly edge up on Thursday, drop on Friday and rise again on Saturday.
