Paphos police have arrested a 38-year-old farmer who is believed to have intentionally set on fire 200 round bales of hay in his field.
The fire started early in the morning on Wednesday in the field and destroyed 200 round bales of hay valued at €8,000.
The suspect, who is the owner of the field, is facing charges of arson.
