Extension of platform to gradually issue EUDCC certificates for Turkish Cypriots

Relevant News

he Ministry of Health informs Turkish Cypriots who have been vaccinated and wish to obtain the European Digital Covid Certificate (EUDCC) that the service will be extended for gradual coverage, based on age criteria. Specifically, as of Monday, 11 April 2022 at 10:00 a.m., in addition to those who, regardless of age, intend to travel and will be given priority, Turkish Cypriots falling within the age limit of 18-20 years will also be served.

As before, Turkish Cypriots who wish to issue an EUDCC Vaccination Certificate, either for travel purposes or because they fall within the above age criteria, are requested to visit the website https://edvc.moh.gov.cy/, where they can submit an online application to the Ministry of Health, which must be accompanied by all the required documents.

To avoid inconvenience, the age limits will be gradually extended from younger to older ages, in order to cover all beneficiaries within a reasonable period of time. This extension will not be preceded by any announcement, therefore those interested are encouraged to visit the website regularly in order to be informed about the age groups covered.
