Emergency exercise to be held at Paphos airport

Hermes Airports, has announced that a full-scale emergency exercise will take place at Paphos Airport on Friday, March 29, according to the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.

The aim of the exercise, which being held by the airport operator in collaboration with various state and private entities operating at Paphos Airport, is to enhance the level of preparedness of the responsible authorities involved during airport terminal evacuation.

The exercise will commence at 17:00 and will be completed at 18:00. It is noted that no flights are scheduled to/from Paphos Airport during the exercise.
