A Nicosia district resident reported early on Friday that shots were fired at his home causing damage to the entrance but also inside.
This is what Kokkinotrimithia area police told Philenews, adding that the shots were fired at 3:30am.
The area has been cordoned off and investigations are ongoing, they also said.
