Traffic police on Tuesday identified a driver going at the astonishing speed of 256 kilometres on the Nicosia-Limassol highway and who also posted a video on TikTok while doing so.
The violation took place late on Monday and the video had been posted while the car was probably near Mosfiloti, Limassol.
The Cybercrime Office was the one to identify the email address of the person believed to have posted this road ‘achievement’.
He is a man living in Nicosia and expected to be contacted on Tuesday so that police get to ensure he is definitely the person behind the video.
Police suspect he is the same person who posted videos with a motorcycle going at an astonishing speed as well.
