A woman who was abused by the Turks, stabbed 14 times and got her teeth broken and part of her face fractured has reputedly lost her papers and must submit a new application in order to get her severe disability allowance. This woman, who is almost blind, has to clean toilets for a living.
The shameful examples of state incompetence are only a few of those brought forward by representatives of the disabled and by missing persons’ relatives regarding the situation over the past few years of financial crisis.
