A series of development projects have been railroaded in Platres with the participation of Property Gallery Developers.
The company has been involved either in projects that have to do with the restoration of current buildings, like the Petit Palais Hotel or with the construction of new ones.
Already the Platres Athletic Center’s restoration has been completed. The centre has been delivered and is currently operating under the name Platres Arena.
The Platres Arena includes a football stadium for 1500 visitors, a basketball and a volleyball court, and two tennis courts according to the specifications of the Australian Open. There are also changing rooms, equipment, a gym, a sauna, and a coffee shop.
In addition to the Petit Palais, the Property Gallery Company has also undertaken the restoration of another two historic hotels, of the Pendeli and Splendid Hotels.
It is also planning to build six independent resort houses of three and four bedrooms, three of which will have a swimming pool, five minutes from the waterfall of Myllomeris.
The company will also soon open the renovated Cleopatra café which will offer all-day gastronomic choices from breakfast to brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails for the evening.
