Cyprus’ third humanitarian aid package to war-torn Ukraine worth over half a million euros is at Limassol Port ready to be sent out promptly.

This is what Citizens Commissioner Panayiotis Sentonas said on Friday, adding that the package includes mainly medical equipment such as respirators, defibrillators and first aid supplies.

As well as firefighting uniforms provided by the Cyprus Fire Department and other medicines donated by the Cyprus Red Cross.

The mission departs from Cyprus on Saturday and will stop-over in Salonica first before reaching the Humanitarian Aid Center set up by the European Civil Protection Agency in Romania for the urgent needs of Ukraine.
