Cyprus’ Navy presented today its two new acquisitions, “Posidonas 1” and “Nireas 1”, at a special ceremony at the old Limassol port.
Speaking at the ceremony, Navy chief Charalambos Charalambous, said the purpose of the navy related events is for everybody to understand the significance of the sea in the survival of the country and its contribution to the local economy.

Both crafts were made in Italy in 2019 and upgrade the operational capability of the naval forces.
