The government of the Republic of Cyprus has supplied the Turkish occupied areas with electricity between December 23 and 28, CNA sources have said.
A request to that effect was conveyed to authorities on December 23 and the government responded positively, the same sources have said.
Electricity was supplied during those dates between 1600 and 2130 hours local time, considered as peak for electricity demand.
No new request was made but if that were to happen the request would be approved, the sources told CNA.
