Minister of Defence Charalambos Petrides on Sunday flew to Saudi Arabia for an official visit.
This is what the Ministry of Defence said in a statement, adding that Petrides will hold bilateral meetings with Saudi officials.
He is expected to discuss international developments, regional issues and ways to deepen bilateral relations in the fields of defence and security.
The Minister will also visit the three-day-long “World Defence Show” which is opened there on Sunday.
