The Meteorological Department of Cyprus has issued a yellow warning for extreme high temperature throughout the island.
It is valid from 13:00 today until 16:00 tomorrow afternoon.
The maximum temperature will rise to around 40 C inland, around 32 C over Troodos highest peaks.
