According to data by Eurostat, European are seeking health information online with Finland and the Netherlands in the first and second place respectively, while Cyprus is 10th but marking the second after the Czech Republic increase in seeking online health information.
Over the past three months of 2020, one in two EU citizens (55%) aged 16-74 said he had requested online information about health and specifically about issues related to injuries, diseases, nutrition and others. This percentage was 2 percentages more than the relevant period in 2019 (53%),
