A 43-year-old Cypriot man wanted in connection with financial-related crimes has been arrested in Germany and his extradition is imminent, according to Philenews.
The fugitive who is on the run since 2019 was arrested on Sunday in the city of Neubrandenburg of the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, reposts in Germany said.
The case against him which was under investigation by Famagusta CID concerns money laundering, theft by an employee, forged signature and circulation of a forged document.
