The request of 103 citizens requesting a temporary prohibition to the States regarding the use of mask and of the SafePass for entry into various areas, was rejected by the Court.
In a posting on Twitter, Attorney General George Savvides referred to the case and also noted that the Court had ordered the applicants to pay the cost of the proceedings.
