A total of 68 patients with coronavirus on Thursday were treated at Famagusta General Hospital which is the island’s reference hospital for the virus.
Of the 68 patients, six are in the Intensive Care Unit since they need closer monitoring.
Larnaca General Hospital’s special coronavirus ward now has a total of 20 patients.
And Eden Rehabilitation Centre in Tersefanou hosts 21 people tested positive with the virus.
