One patient that contracted Covid-19 and was being treated at the Paphos hospital was admitted to Famagusta hospital — the referral hospital for coronavirus patients — earlier on Sunday, the CNA reports.
A total of 13 people are currently being treated at the referral hospital in Famagusta with their clinical condition described as good.
Meanwhile, doctors said the condition of a patient transferred yesterday to the referral hospital’s ICU is not worrying and has in fact improved.
The CNA reports that it is likely that more patients will be discharged soon from the hospital, following the release of three cured patients on Friday that were declared coronavirus-free.
